What is Dell's return policy?

What is expedited delivery?
Expedited delivery is not available for certain items such as TVs, monitors, batteries, and adapters. It is only offered within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska) and is not valid for resellers or online auctions. Other exceptions may apply.
How does on-site service work?
On-site service is determined by a technician after a remote diagnosis. If the issue is covered by the Limited Hardware Warranty and cannot be resolved remotely, a technician or replacement part will be dispatched, typically within 1 or 2 business days. Customers are required to return the original hardware to Dell as specified in the service terms.
